K-LOVE Fan Awards Terms and Conditions

  • Included in 3 day package price: Plated dinner with K-LOVE and friends, weekend kickoff concert, late night "songwriters spotlight", three nights at the Gaylord Opryland Resort, one breakfast buffet banquet meal, one voucher for breakfast to be used at an Opryland hotel vendor, fan zone access, transportation to the Fan Awards, Red Carpet, ticket to the K-LOVE Fan Awards, Sunday morning worship service. There is a $20 per day parking fee for anyone wishing to park at the Gaylord Opryland Resort.
  • Included in 2 day package price: Late night "songwriters spotlight", two nights at the Gaylord Opryland Resort, breakfast Sunday, fan zone access, red carpet, a ticket to the K-LOVE Fan Awards Show, transportation to and from the awards show & the worship service Sunday morning. There is a $20 per day parking fee for anyone wishing to park at the Gaylord Opryland Resort.
  • Included in event only pass price: everything except room and meals.
  • The invoice/statement you will receive confirming your reservation is an agreement between K-LOVE Fan Awards, LLC and the guest. All prices, payments, penalties, and change fees are quoted per guest based on double occupancy (two persons per room). Sites, artists, speakers, and/or schedules are subject to change. Carefully review the Terms and Conditions found on the back of your invoice/statement and all documentation you receive in connection with your travel.
  • A non-refundable deposit of $199 per person is due at the time of registration. If a lead guest cancels their reservation, the total amount of refund will vary based on the month of cancellation, plus any additional fees applicable to the registration. If a partial payment is made with a credit/debit card, then that same card will automatically be debited for subsequent payments on the dates they are due. All payments are automatically processed on the 1st of every month. You will not be contacted or reminded about upcoming payments. A fee of $35 will be assessed for all credit cards declined, due to insufficient funds, credit card expiration, or any other reason. If you pay by check, your spot is not reserved until we receive the check by mail and complete your registration online. No credits are given in the event of cancellation. The amount already paid on a person's account cannot be transferred to another registration or to another year of the K-LOVE Fan Awards event. Upon selecting the payment plan, a $199 non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit will be due at the time of registration, along with a $40 non-refundable payment plan fee (per person for those selecting to pay monthly). Automatic payments will begin on the 1st day of the new month, regardless of the registration non-refundable deposit date. Example: If you register on January 31st, you will be charged your second payment on February 1st. The only person allowed to make changes to their reservation is the lead guest on the account. ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES can be made after May 1st, for any reason.
  • Your account must be paid in full by May 1st, otherwise your account will be canceled in our system so that we can refill your spot with someone from our waiting list.
  • The cancelation policy is as follows: A non-refundable, deposit of $199 per person is due at the time of registration. Between date of purchase and March 31, all persons requesting a cancellation will receive 50% of their payment back after the non-refundable deposit has been deducted. Between April 1 and April 30, all persons requesting a cancelation will receive 25% of their payment back after the non-refundable deposit has been deducted. Beginning May 1 no refunds will be given for cancelations. All cancellations must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of the next payment due date in order to avoid payments due after cancelation.
  • No refunds for cancellations will be issued prior to the event. All refunds will be issued after the K-LOVE Fan Awards event is completed. In the event of a cancellation, your request of cancellation is not final until we have a written statement that includes the following: Full Name of Lead Guest and an explanation of the reason for the cancellation, along with the date on which you are canceling. This written statement needs to be emailed to: info@klovefanawards.com. Your reservation will not be canceled in our system until this email is sent and you have received a verification of cancellation email. It is the lead guests' responsibility to make sure the reservation has been properly canceled in accordance to K-LOVE Fan Awards Terms and Conditions.
  • Transit to/from airport, travel to/from another city; additional hotel nights; items of a personal nature including, but not limited to, laundry, room service at hotels, meals in transit, phone calls, anything not explicitly noted in marketing communication should not be assumed as included in the price, etc. are not included in the price to attend the K-LOVE Fan Awards event.
  • There is a $20 parking fee for anyone wishing to park at the Gaylord Opryland Resort. Reservations are subject to Tennessee sales tax at the time of registration.
